Rob Crick’s Passing

Rob Crick - The Passing of a PNW Division Icon

“Rob Crick’s Funeral Mass will be held at St. Aloysius Church on October 17, at 12:00.
Reception following at Manito Country Club.”

We are so saddened by the passing of Rob Crick. Rob was a tireless supporter of ski racing in the Northwest. He served on the Alpine Competition Committee in the 80’s & 90’s, is a past president of PNSA, and a past trustee on the Pacific Northwest Ski Education Foundation. Rob was awarded the Norrie Lamson award in 1987 for outstanding service to Juniors and junior race programs over several years. In 2004 Rob received the Ken Comfort award, presented annually to a person who over the years has given freely of his/her time to help the sport of skiing, either recreational or competitively. In this small way their efforts are recognized. “For outstanding service to the PNSA and the Sport of Skiing.”

Rob’s greatest love was his family and you could find him supporting his kids, then his grandkids at ski races across the northwest.

Our sincerest condolences and thoughts go out to Rob’s wife Chris, daughter Jennifer and husband Chuck, and his son Derek. We know his grandkids will miss his constant support of all their endeavors. Thank you to the entire Crick family for sharing Rob with Pacific Northwest ski racing all these years.
