(FIS age athletes only – Selection for the WR Champs by PNW. See below for athlete list. FIS approved helmets and equipment required. Competitors must have a valid FIS license to attend. This is not a PNW project, but there are fees to cover the Championship Jacket (see info below), and office support)

♦Registration: – $60 per Tech race. $64 per SG race Entries received after March 7 incur $25 late fee. Deadline Mar. 10, 2025 Coaches must register through the Registration Portal and be on the green sheet.

♦Volunteer Link: We appreciate volunteer help. Volunteers receive a ticket for the day worked, plus one for an additional day of skiing during the 2024-2025 ski season.
⇒PNW Championship Jacket – PNW will most likely receive additional spots beyond our quota for this event. The jackets were ordered last fall based on quotas for the event. There may not be enough jackets in stock for those named to the team after the quota is filled to receive a jacket. Should this be the case, the cost for those in the additional spots will be reduced to cover office support only. Thank you for your understanding.

PNW Refund / Cancellation Policy
PNW makes every effort to keep costs for projects (Regional & National championships, camps) reasonable to the extent possible. Trip/Camp costs that often are not cancelable within 14 days of the project/camp start include but are not limited to lodging, meals, transportation, staff expenses, and athlete uniforms/swag.
- All cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee to offset costs associated with making refunds.
- Athletes who cancel within 14 days of a project/camp will be responsible for any non-refundable charges associated with the project/camp. These may include but are not limited to lodging, prepaid meals, prepaid tickets, prepaid entry fees, staff expense, and athlete uniform/swag.
- PNW will make a reasonable effort to find another athlete to take the spot of the cancelled athlete. Athletes/Families who dispute the reasonableness of the late cancellation charges may take up the issue with the PNW Executive Board.
