♦Registration:  Entry Fee:  $40 SG Training  $45 per  SG/GS/SL Race   Deadline:  April 1, 2024 10:00pm PST

⇒Liability Waivers: 2 Liability Waivers must be signed by all athletes. (one for MBSEF and one for Mt. Bachelor). Both releases are good for the ’23-’24 season.

Mt. Bachelor Waiver: 

• Go to: https://shop.mtbachelor.com/s/season-pass/
• Click the “Sign In” button on the top, right hand side of the web page. Sign into your account OR create an account. 
• Click “My Account” 
• Navigate to the “Waivers” button on the left side of the page • Click on the Waiver under your name, read and sign. 
• You will also use this account to purchase racer tickets, details will be sent by Mt. Bachelor.

⇒Team Captains Meetings:

Each TCM will be held 15 minutes prior to inspection opening for each event. (Only one
TCM will be held for the two SGs)
All athletes must be represented at the TCM or they will not be permitted to start. If you
know you will not be represented at the TCM, please notify the Race Admin cell to confirm
participation, (541) 419-1933.
