DESCRIPTION:Coach–Parent Relationships: Supporting Athletes Together\nTuesday November 3 – 6:30pm\n  \nStrong coach-parent relationships are an important part of creating a positive and successful youth sport environment. This presentation with Dr. Travis Dorsch explores how coaches and parents can work together effectively\, communicate clearly\, establish appropriate boundaries\, and provide athletes with the support they need to develop both on and off the mountain.\n\nDrawing on Dr. Dorsch’s research in sport and family dynamics\, the presentation will provide practical strategies for navigating parent involvement\, managing expectations\, reducing unnecessary pressure\, and helping athletes develop independence and ownership of their sport. Coaches will leave with tools they can use to strengthen coach-parent relationships and create a healthier\, more productive environment for their athletes.\n  \n♦Registration – Required\n♦Zoom Link\n  \nCoaches in attendance will be submitted to US Ski and Snowboard Sports Education \nfor the possibility of education credit.
