Trip/Camp costs that often are not cancelable within 30 days of the project/camp start\ninclude but are not limited to lodging\, meals\, transportation\, staff expenses\, and athlete uniforms/swag.\n1. All cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee to offset costs associated with making refunds.\n2. Athletes who must cancel within 14 days of a project/camp due to injury\, illness or another issue\, will\nbe responsible for any non-refundable charges associated with the project/camp. These may include\nbut are not limited to lodging\, prepaid meals\, prepaid tickets\, prepaid entry fees\, staff expense\, and\nathlete uniform/swag.\n3. Priority is given to host clubs (MHRTA and MRT) athletes then the cutoff will be determined by SL points. Out of division racers must have below 75 points (women) and 50 points (men) and must work with their divisional managers for eligibility. We will publish a competitors list to live-timing.com after registration is closed.\n  \n♦Race Announcement\n♦Registration:  $58 per race\, $232 for series.  Deadline 9th 11:59pm   No Late Entries Accepted  \n♦Coach Registration:  Coaches must register by April 9th to receive agenda and WhatsApp link.\n⇒Eligibility:  All 2024-25 USSS licensed competitors\, U14 and older are eligible to compete in the Golden Rose (born 2012 and earlier). Senior racers\, ages 21 and older\, must have less than 120 USSS SL points to enter.\n⇒Field Size Limitations:\nThe Golden Rose will be limited to 120 women and 120 men. If necessary\, the field will be cut on April 10. 1st Year U14’s will be the first cut\, then by SL points on the current USSS points list.
